BUET admission test on 14 October
The dates of admission test for different faculties of the Bangladesh Engineering University (BUET) have been changed in the 2019-20 academic year. The next 5 October admission test will be held on October 14. The issue was confirmed in a notification sent to the public relations office on Sunday (September 8).
According to the notification, the decision of the 447th Emergency Meeting of the Academic Council on September 7, the admission test for Level-1, Term-1 in various departments under different faculties of the 2019-20 academic year of BUET was decided on Monday 14th instead of September 5th. Changes will also be made on the announcement date with the change date.
The online application for admission to BUET has started from the morning of August 31. BUET will enroll a total of 1,060 students in the first year in 12 departments. In order to apply, the student must have a minimum GPA-4 in secondary and high school. In addition, the sum of GPA obtained in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Bengali should be at least 22 decimal 50. Over 12,000 students from the first few applicants will get the opportunity to take the admission test.
