    E-TICKETING PAYMENT

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    e-tickets will be issued automatically by RailSheba App within 30 (Thirty) minutes of successful payment. User(s) can obtain their ticket(s) and download the PDF file from their dashboard (upcoming journey). A copy of the ticket will also be sent to the user's email address. Depending on the service, some mail services like Gmail, Yahoo! and Hotmail might place the email in "Spam" Folder. However, it is also possible that the mail has been blocked by any service providers. In such cases, when a confirmation email is missing, you must always check your dashboard (upcoming journey) and download the PDF File from there. Unavailability of the confirmation mail should not be treated as non-issuance of tickets. If the reservation does not materialize and the client-passenger still wants to try for the same reservation again, it will be treated as a new reservation.

    RailSheba App depends on many service providers to issue the tickets. Different Payment Gateways Charge Card/Wallet and then send the information to RailSheba App. Bangladesh Railway does not store any Card/Wallet Information of passengers. In case, any Card/Wallet is charged and/or Payment Gateway fails to return the information in time, it is possible that the passenger's wallet/card would be charged without being issued for their desired tickets. In such cases, Payment Gateways will automatically be refunded with the purchased amount by the client-passenger to their respective card/wallet within 8 (eight) working days. In case of a non-receiving refund within the 8 (eight) working days, the client-passenger is kindly asked to send a complaint email to esheba-ticket@cnsbd.com with details of the issue. The client-passenger will receive a reply within 7 (seven) working days. Due to the dependencies of the different service providers, it may take several days to resolve the issue. Bangladesh Railway or CNS Limited will not be held responsible for the non-issuance of tickets or delay of refund due to errors in payment processing or any other reasons. Bangladesh Railway makes no guarantee that any of the above services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free due to dependencies on many Service Providers.
